Free course: Your Handmade Business Foundation to success and more sales

Free ebook: Your Handmade Business Foundation to success and more sales

I have lots of practical tips and strategies about running a handmade business, and I’m happy to share them with you!

For a limited time, get the free email course: Your Handmade Business Foundation: Four things to get right to prime your handmade business for massive success and sales!

The purpose of “Your Handmade Business Foundation” is to set you up right from the get go so you can be successful in less time and without wasting your energy (because we know how frustrating that can feel).

If you’ve already set up shop but you don’t feel successful yet, I want to bring you back to the basics to really hone in on what might be the issue.

This four part course contains core building blocks for your business that I wished I had when I was first starting out. I had no idea how to make a sale and was clueless about marketing. It took me four years of part-time “figuring it out” in the beginning before I finally keyed in on what I was supposed to do in my business and how.

This ebook is well-done -- designed well, easy-to-read, not rife with typos (a pet-peeve of mine with "free" books).
And from personal experience (I've been a self-employed entrepreneur for over 18 years now), it hits the nail on the head. This is what running your own business takes. It is doable, but you have to commit, and be consistent. I would recommend this book to others wanting to get a start with their hand-made business, as a good overview and introduction to what they need to do to get started and keep their momentum.

Often I’ve found that “how to do it” e-books that are not specific to topics (e.g., “How to Build Your Own Dog House” tend to be almost too general to be useful in any practical sense.

That’s not the case with your e-book. I found that the advice you passed along was very practical and found the ideas you shared in Part 2 (on Pricing) and Part 3 (Sales and Marketing) offered some very good and useful ideas – ideas that I intend to “give a try” to in the days and weeks ahead.

Thanks for sharing these ideas and giving me and others the benefit of your experiences. As you pointed out, there’s a lot of trial and error in the home based / handmade product business.

It’s nice to be able to avoid re-inventing the wheel, at least some of the time!

- Milana Popova, Carat Studio on Etsy

Here’s what’s included:
Part 1: Your mindset & setting expectations
Part 2: Pricing handmade
Part 3: How to make sales Part
4: How to get it all done

Thank you. This is the first explanation that makes any sense - with some concrete steps to take. I'm in the age category that gets labeled 'dinosaur' and I do need a little extra help to figure all this out but I always want to be engaged and relevant. Thank you again. You're a genius.

- Elaine Sonne, Ancient Design Jewelry

I was afraid the advice would be the same stuff I've already heard and that I wouldn't learn anything new. That wasn't the case, the information is very useful and straight forward.

I was very pleased With Part 4 - Getting It All Done.  I'm not one for to do lists and schedules.  I just can't seem to stick to them.  I like the way you explain this and how simple it seems.  The first thing on my to do list is to set up a to do list and a schedule!

- Pat Leo,

I'm sooooo glad I signed up for these emails. The book is fantastic! I feel like 2015 is going to be big for me.

Thank you for the ebook you sent! It  was wonderful. It helped me to re-focus and concentrate on what is important to my business. I really like the line “Think like a big business, act like a small business” - that is so true. And I totally love what you are blogging about!

Mei Pak, Creative HiveIf you’re wondering who I am, I’m Mei (‘may’)! I started my venture in 2006 when I was just 17 in high school, without a clue on how to run and manage a business. Fast forward to 2011 and I finally go full time into my business. I slowly grew my company to four production assistants, a handful of overseas contractors, two sales representatives and getting my jewelry in national magazines, TV shows and in over 70 brick and mortar stores. Without investor funding, credit cards or bank loans.

All of this allowed my husband to quit his secure and well-paying office job in 2013 to pursue his own dreams and work from home.

I once started at zero sales, and I’m now making over six figures a year selling my handmade jewelry.

I want to teach you the foundation to everything I’ve done so you can skip the frustration and go straight to success and sales.

All you need to do is enter your name and email below and I’ll send you a free copy of Your Handmade Business Foundation: Four things to get right to prime your handmade business for massive success and sales.
